Massey Henry Expands Advisory Board

February 24, 2026 – Toronto-based executive search firm Massey Henry has elected Yung Wu to its advisory board. “Yung brings a rare combination of entrepreneurial drive, executive leadership, and board governance expertise, grounded in a deep conviction in innovation as a driver of social and economic progress,” said Michael Henry, founder and managing partner at Massey Henry. “As financial services organizations navigate technology-driven transformation and evolving stakeholder expectations, his perspective will strengthen the counsel we provide to our clients.”

A serial entrepreneur, private equity investor, and experienced corporate director, Mr. Wu brings a track record at the intersection of innovation, technology, and governance, enhancing Massey Henry’s ability to advise boards and CEOs as they navigate the leadership implications of technology-driven industry transformation.

Mr. Wu is a director of OMERS Administration Corporation and chair of NFQ Ventures. He previously served as chair of the Toronto Region Board of Trade and as CEO of MaRS Discovery District, where he helped scale one of the world’s largest innovation hubs. Mr. Wu’s career also reflects a sustained commitment to inclusivity. He is a co-founder of the Coalition of Innovation Leaders Advancing Respect (CILAR), a national network of senior leaders and organizations dedicated to building pathways into the innovation economy for under-recognized leadership talent from under-sponsored communities.

Mr. Bélair will provide executive coaching focused on C-suite and board effectiveness, drawing on more than three decades of senior leadership experience in financial services. His background includes serving as chief operating officer and chief human resources officer at Laurentian Bank, as well as senior leadership roles at National Bank of Canada

Ms. Zorbas will provide coaching focused on C-suite, executive-level, and high-potential leaders. With nearly 20 years of executive coaching and leadership consulting experience, as well as depth of expertise in leadership psychology and performance coaching, she has partnered with some of the largest organizations across North America, including global banks, private equity firms, pension funds, and insurers.
