Leathwaite Expands Global Legal, Risk and Compliance Practice

April 15, 2026 – London-based executive search firm Leathwaite has expanded with the addition of Regina Glocker as a partner in its New York office, further strengthening its global legal, risk and compliance practice. “Regina brings deep risk, investment banking and capital markets expertise to Leathwaite, alongside a strong track record of delivering exceptional client outcomes in complex, global environments,” said Hypatia Kingsley, partner and head of the Americas. “Her collaborative approach and depth of experience will be a tremendous asset – we’re thrilled to welcome her to the team.”
Ms. Glocker is known for her thoughtful, diligent approach to client service and her longstanding commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion. She joins Leathwaite with more than 25 years of executive search experience across both global and boutique firms. Ms. Glocker most recently co-led the North American risk management practice at Spencer Stuart. Over the course of her career, she has built a strong reputation for advising clients on senior leadership roles across a broad spectrum of risk management roles spanning both financial and non-financial risk. She also has deep expertise in investment banking and capital markets.
In her role at Leathwaite, Ms. Glocker will be a core member of the firm’s global legal, risk and compliance practice, working closely with colleagues across the Americas, London and Asia. “Her appointment reflects the firm’s continued investment in expanding its capabilities and deepening its expertise in risk and compliance leadership,” Leathwaite said.

Earlier in his career, he spent over 14 years with KPMG, holding the title of senior partner, capital markets & Goldman Sachs lead.
