Leathwaite Appoints Non-Executive Chairman

February 19, 2026 – London-based executive search firm Leathwaite has appointed Rabih Ramadi as non-executive chairman. “Rabih’s appointment to the board is an absolute pleasure,” said Andrew Wallace, chair and co-founder. “As we continue to expand our footprint in North America and digitize the business for the future, Rabih’s experience and insights in these areas will be invaluable to our journey.”

As co-founder and CEO of Avantos.ai, and previously founding member, chief revenue officer, and head of industry solutions at Unqork, Mr. Ramadi has an impressive background in technology and client-led organizations. Earlier in his career, he spent over 14 years with KPMG, holding the title of senior partner, capital markets & Goldman Sachs lead.

Mr. Edwards currently serves as CEO of BritishAmerican Business (BAB), the leading transatlantic trade organization and public policy advocate representing around 500 U.S. and U.K. companies across all sectors of both economies. BAB functions as both the American Chamber of Commerce in the U.K. and the British Chamber of Commerce in the USA, making Mr. Edwards a highly connected leader on behalf of the organization in New York City, London and Washington D.C.

Before joining BAB, he spent over three decades in the media industry in both London and New York. His last executive role was as president and CEO of Hearst Magazines International, where he also served on the Hearst Corporation board of directors. In recognition of his contributions, Mr. Edwards was appointed an officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) by King Charles III in the New Year Honours List for 2024.
