Mr. Bizer brings decades of valuable experience in global recruiting to the boutique executive search firm. He was previously founder and CEO of Talent Fountain, a boutique consulting firm focused on talent acquisition, talent management and start-up culture. Before Talent Fountain, he was chief people geek at one of Europe’s first start-up accelerators, HackFwd. Mr. Bizer was the first recruiter at Google in Europe, building out the organization from 100 to over 5,000 employees in seven years. Since 2010, he has collaborated with hundreds of emerging start-ups throughout Europe to scale their human capital.
Mr. Bizer began his career in recruitment during the “dawn of the internet,” running college/graduate recruiting for Netscape in Silicon Valley. He has always worked in technology and has over 10 years’ experience focused exclusively on executive search.
