February 15, 2019 – Judson Partners, a boutique executive search firm focused exclusively on the financial services industry, has changed its name to Capitus Associates. Capitus now has six equity partners, each with distinct subsector and functional expertise, and has completed search engagements with a premier list of banks, asset management firms, alternative investment firms and family offices. The firm has also formed two strategic alliances expanding its reach in Europe and Asia.

Global executive search and advisory firm Heads! International rebranded itself to become H.I. Executive Consulting. Following a decade of international growth, the brand refresh is a reflection of HIEC’s business, and the positioning achieved during this time, said the firm.
Capitus Associates’ placement records over the past 10 years include a 34 percent ratio of diverse hires. With over 29 years of experience in the executive search industry, Mr. St. John is focused on providing high touch and dedicated executive search services to select financial services clients. Prior to forming Capitus Associates, he served for over 10 years as vice chairman and global head of the financial services and private equity practices at CTPartners. His financial services search engagements have included chief executive officers, chief operating officers and other C-suite roles ranging from senior line of business leaders to functional leaders in finance, risk, compliance and technology and operations. In private equity, his assignments have included investment professionals at all levels and operating executives, as well as C-suite portfolio company work predominantly for financial services portfolio companies.
