Heads! International Rebrands as H.I. Executive Consulting

February 14, 2019 – International offices of a global executive search and advisory firm Heads! International have rebranded to become H.I. Executive Consulting (HIEC).

Following a decade of international growth, the brand refresh is a reflection of HIEC’s business, and the positioning achieved during this time, said the firm. Under the updated name, HIEC said it will continue its commitment to leverage its global delivery model to serve its investor-backed and Fortune 500 clients around the globe.

The rebranding comes on the heels of H.I. Executive Consulting’s announcement that Tim Robson, a global managing partner, had relocated to the firm’s New York City location to spearhead U.S. strategic growth initiatives and further the firm’s global service delivery model.

H.I. Executive Consulting also recently appointed Thomas Aprill as partner. He joined the firm from Accenture and focuses on the executive search for technology and professional services in North America.

Next Chapter

“Following another year of stellar growth, our exciting rebrand marks the start of the next chapter of our journey to become the premier globally-connected search firm of choice for diverse and transformational leadership hiring,” said Mr. Robson. “While we will continue to serve our clients with distinction across our key industry domains, our relaunch also signifies a doubling down of investment in our U.S. team, and in the development of technological innovation to closely align our services with the dynamic demands of the market.”

H.I. Executive Consulting was established with a plan to disrupt the traditional approach to executive search through their on global P&L and borderless search practice approach. Established over a decade ago, the firm has 12 offices in San Francisco, Silicon Valley, New York, London, Paris, Zurich, Zug, Munich, Dubai, Shanghai, Hong Kong and Tokyo.

The HIEC digital and technology practice works with a range of clients, from global corporations to private equity and venture capital-backed, entrepreneurial businesses, to support the strengthening of board, CEO and senior leadership talent globally. From transformative chief digital officer work to the emerging artificial intelligence roles, HIEC has in-depth expertise and global networks that allow it to access leaders of tomorrow across: hardware, software, telecommunications, cyber security, cloud, big data and analytics, internet of things, artificial intelligence and blockchain.

Recent Growth

HIEC recently expanded with the addition of Melissa Reed as a partner to focus on the global consumer and retail markets. She has worked with many leading international quoted, private and investor-backed clients on key positions including chief executive, non-executive director, as well as a wide range of general management and functional leadership roles. She also advises on CEO succession planning and leadership assessment. Ms. Reed joined the firm from Korn Ferry, where she was a member of the global consumer markets and retail practices.
