IRC Global Adds New Member Firm in Spain

October 8, 2021 – IRC Global Executive Search Partners has added Barcelona-based boutique firm The Skeye as its newest member. “With IRC Spain, our new member firm, we have strengthened our solid position serving international clients, locally and globally,” said Stepan Motejzik, IRC Global alliance director. “We are excited about extending our capabilities in the critical market of Spain, spanning both industries and functions.”

IRC Spain (The Skeye) is a boutique consulting firm providing executive search and advisory services. The practice provides creative and tailor-made solutions. “Working hand-in-hand with senior management teams, they design and implement strategic decisions regarding people and organizations and identify, engage and select top executives with talent and real potential to transform,” IRC Global said.

The IRC Spain team comprises senior consultants with deep experience in executive search and advisors with backgrounds in a wide diversity of organizations. “We are delighted to be part of the IRC Global Executive Search Partners alliance, with whom we share a client focus based on excellence, honesty and reliability,” said Natalia Segura, managing partner and director of the IRC Spain executive search business. “Talent has never been as global as it is today. Growing Global Consortium
