IRC Adds New Member Firm in Luxembourg

February 18, 2021 – Even in the face of a global pandemic, executive search consultants are seeing an increase in hiring mandates from around the world. To meet demand, they continue to develop new practices, hire new recruiters, and open new locations. Global recruiting consortiums, meanwhile, are taking advantage of a resurgence in certain geographic areas.

Recently, IRC Global Executive Search Partners strengthened its global presence adding adVeci Advisors as a new member firm in Luxembourg. adVeci Advisors will become IRC Luxembourg. Dimitri Davreux is the managing partner at adVeci Advisors. With more than 20 years of experience in senior HR roles in Europe, Asia and the U.S., he has expertise in the creation, reorganization and transformation of companies in the financial, banking, professional services and PE-backed sectors. adVeci Advisors provides executive search, outplacement and talent assessment. The firm’s practices include financial services, service providers, healthcare, PE and investment managers. “It is exciting to welcome Dimitri and his team to the IRC global alliance,” said Stepan Motejzik, alliance director at IRC Global. “With its high degree of international openness and strong fiscal sector, Luxembourg provides many IRC partners opportunities to leverage our global presence and deliver high-end executive search solutions, especially within the financial services, professional services, and PE-backed organizations, locally and globally.”

“I am delighted to join the executive search network and the IRC family,” said Mr. Davreux. “We share the same entrepreneurship mindset, agility, ethics and client focus values. Luxembourg is not only well known for its multiculturalism, safety and quality of life but it has become one of the most attractive countries for business purposes. It boasts high quality of the technology and logistics infrastructure, second largest place for the funds industry activity, one of the leading countries in term of sustainability and is one of the hubs for European institutions. Our value proposition, locally and internationally, is fully aligned to the long term vision and growing ambition of our small country. Looking forward to supporting your development.”

Growing Global Consortium

IRC has partners in over 80 cities across Europe, the Middle East, the Americas, Africa, Asia and Australia. The consortium has completed more than 30,000 assignments for more than 3,000 clients in virtually every industry segment and function, according to the firm.

Last year, IRC added VIPJOBS LLC as a new member firm in Russia. The organization says that Russia is a market with significant talent and strong demand for leadership capabilities. “With IRC Russia, our worldwide executive search firm alliance has secured a strong foothold to support our international clients,” IRC said.

IRC Russia (VIPJOBS LLC) was found in 2008 by Andrey Oblov as an executive search firm to help foreign companies to find staff in Russia and at the same time for Russian companies to find personal abroad. The firm’s main experience is in top positions for IT, internet and telecom industries. Also, the firm works in the retail, E-Commerce, production, oil and gas, banking, agriculture, and the medicine and pharmacy industries. It is located in Moscow, with branch offices in Siberia (Irkutsk and Surgut) and south Russia (Esentuki).
