About Us

Holden Richardson is a boutique executive recruiting firm focused on building leadership teams in the diversified industrial space, with a strong concentration in automotive, on-and off-highway, and specialty equipment OEMs and their Tier One and Tier Two supply base.  The team has substantial experience in new technologies including ADAS, automotive electrification, and energy storage and controls/software.

Holden Richardson has a demonstrated track record of working with large F500 companies as well as small venture backed companies at the opposite end of the spectrum.  The key is a high level of personal touch throughout the duration of each project.  As a boutique, we take on a limited number of assignments to assure our clients have access to competitor talent.

Through our FLIGHT offering, we help clients attract that next level of bench strength – Managers and Directors.  Since FLIGHT’s inception in 2016, we have completed more than 100 assignments for this hard to attract level of management in functions that include operations, plant management, supply chain, finance, engineering, and sales.  Through our partnership with TheCareerLifecycle, clients have access to candidate assessment and leadership and team coaching.

The Holden Richardson team brings together combined executive search experience grounded in firms such as Korn Ferry International, Heidrick & Struggles, and Spencer Stuart. Its consultants combine their deep knowledge of recruiting with their expertise in the fields of automotive and industrial markets.

With offices in Chicago, New York, San Francico, and Detroit, the firm works globally to support a broad range of clients headquartered both in the U.S. and outside the U.S. Its clients include Fortune 500 enterprises, European-headquartered companies, and private equity, VC-backed, and family-owned businesses.
