Mr. Jeff Bennett joins Fiat Chrysler Automobiles as Senior Manager Electrical Engineering Software Factory

AUBURN HILLS, MI, March 2018 – Fiat Chrysler Automobiles recently appointed Mr. Jeff Bennett as Senior Manager, Electrical Engineering Software Factory.  Jeff joins FCA from Takata Corporation where he served as Director of North America Electronics.  At Takata Jeff led an engineering organization of over 200 across the U.S., Mexico, and China.

Jeff previously served as Director of Engineering for Occupant Detection Products.

Over his 13-year career with Takata, Jeff advanced through various engineering and product management leadership assignments.

Previously, Jeff worked as an engineering and program manager for Automotive Systems Laboratory, which was acquired by Takata in 2004.

Jeff brings an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan in Dearborn, as well as a master’s in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
