Holden Richardson LLC is a retained search firm with a focus on the industrial markets. Our firm was founded in 2016 by Brad Holden & Alex Richardson and is comprised of professionals who were trained and developed at the top four executive search firms, from our administrative staff through our senior consultants.

Our focus is on delivering a high-touch search experience at the Executive Level, and at the Early- and Mid-Career Management Levels, an efficient cost-effective solution. Our Client Partners are specialists across a broad spectrum of the economy – diversified industrial, consumer products, banking and finance, professional services and consulting, and software and technology. Our team has over 80 combined years of experience working in functional areas that include senior leadership and general management, engineering and operations, human resources, sales and marketing, and financial control and strategy.

With four offices and multiple language capability, we work globally to support our clients – based in- and outside the United States. Our client relationships span a broad-spectrum in revenues, ownership structure, and employee base and include public companies and private equity and private ownership.
