Don Vollmar Joins Manitou Group as Vice President, Engineering

WEST BEND, WI, March 2018 –Holden Richardson is pleased to announce Don Vollmar has joined Manitou Group as Vice President, Engineering. Don joins Manitou from CNH where he served first as Director, Tractor Product Line Engineering, and later as Senior Director, Precision Solutions & Telematics.

Prior to CNH, Don had been with the Peterbilt Division of PACCAR where he served as Director, Program Management and later, Director, Product Planning.

Don started his career with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, after graduating from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.  He served the Corps in Germany and Bosnia building bridges, roads, and airfields.  After receiving his honorable discharge as a Captain in 1997, Don joined Deere in a high potential leadership program.  In 2000, Don left Deere to join The Kohler Company where he served in a variety of engineering roles over the next seven years.

Don brings to Manitou strong leaderships skills, program management and product development skills, experience leading teams around the globe, and a strong understanding of the construction and agricultural markets served by Manitou.
