January 29, 2018 – Executive search and professional services firm hrQ and human capital consulting specialist Revolution Advisors have joined forces. The firms will move forward operating under the hrQ banner and platform, led by managing partners Kha Le, Molly McCoy, Kathy Rapp and Brian Wilkerson.

“This positions hrQ to help our clients get ahead of the curve when it comes to optimizing their people strategy,” said Ms. McCoy. “Revolution Advisors are leading experts in talent strategy and workforce planning providing organizations with the blue print. Mr. Wilkerson is a specialist in driving innovative strategies and using leading planning techniques to help organizations secure their future. He has experience in leading strategy development and operational improvement efforts across a range of clients in both domestic and international settings, with a particular emphasis on making strategy successful through the combination of operational excellence and human capital management.

Some of his key clients have included Yamaha, Hasbro, Edison Mission Energy, MGM MIRAGE, Johns Manville, CH2M-HILL, the U.S. Army vice chief of staff G-1, the U.S. Postal Service, the U.S. General Services Administration and a host of other global enterprises and government agencies. Mr. Wilkerson has worked with senior executive teams to help them develop new strategies, improve their operations and supply chain, and align their human capital management strategies.

The human resources sector is hrQ’s bailiwick. The firm focuses exclusively on providing HR professionals for short- or long-term contract assignments and full- time hires as well as offering expertise on a variety of human resource consulting projects. Recently, hrQ expanded with the addition of Salvador Vergara as vice president and managing director of its Dallas office. Mr. Vergara has over 23 years of consultative business development and relationship management experience. He goes to hrQ from Jobvite, where he served in a sales director role working heavily within the global talent acquisition and recruitment marketing function. He previously held leadership and business development roles with CareerBuilder, Jobs2web and Knowledge Marketing.

The firm also appointed Brent McCombs as vice president and managing director of its Houston office. Mr. McCombs joined hrQ firm from Intermountain Health, where he served as AVP-HR overseeing talent acquisition and workforce optimization. He previously held HR leadership roles within a KKR portfolio company, Waste Management, ThermoFisher Scientific, Mylan Pharmaceuticals and Cardinal Health.
