GHP Search Assists The Bushwick Starr with Filling Three Board Positions

February 13, 2026 – GHP Search, formerly known as Greenwich Harbor Partners, has assisted The Bushwick Starr in identifying Katharine English, head of innovation programs, global cloud solutions at Google, Eric Mendez, director at Genesis Credit Partners, and Sunny Park, former general counsel at Saks, as new members of its board of directors.
Ms. English is a digital business leader specializing in AI, cloud, and data-driven transformation. She has held senior roles at Microsoft and led large-scale innovation programs that helped global enterprises reinvent business models and customer experiences. With deep expertise in building and scaling digital businesses, Ms. English has launched new ventures, developed go-to-market strategies, and delivered measurable growth across industries.
Mr. Mendez is the director at Genesis Credit Partners, where he advises on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and high-profile Chapter 11 transactions. A multilingual finance and investment professional fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, he brings global experience across Africa, Asia, Europe, and Latin America. Before Genesis, Mr. Mendez held leadership roles at SMBC Nikko Securities America, BlackRock, PepsiCo, and Moelis & Company, following earlier positions with IFC–World Bank, Merrill Lynch, and Accenture. He is also an active angel and venture investor in technology-driven companies across the U.S. and Europe.
Ms. Park is the former general counsel at Saks where she led all legal and compliance functions at the luxury fashion retailer. Prior to Saks, she held senior legal roles at Hudson’s Bay Company as a legal advisor to Saks Fifth Avenue, Saks OFF 5TH, Lord & Taylor, The Bay, and Gilt Groupe. Earlier in her career, Ms. Park served as counsel at American Express and practiced at law firms Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison and Loeb & Loeb, after beginning her legal journey as an extern to Judge (now Supreme Court Justice) Sonia Sotomayor on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Currently, she continues her practice as a legal consultant to fashion brands and ecommerce businesses, and as an investor in real estate.
The Bushwick Starr is an award-winning non-profit theater that provides a home for artists, community, and bold new work. Since 2007, they have grown from a fledgling neighborhood arts space to a permanent and vital Brooklyn cultural center. The Bushwick Starr develops new work from emerging and established performing artists that challenge traditional perceptions of theater and performance.

Ms. Pryor has over 20 years of senior executive search experience. She has recruited board directors, CEOs and their direct reports, as well as partners for private equity firms. In addition to holding a board seat with the New York Pops, she serves as an advisory board member for Constellation Ventures. A veteran of the internet space since the early ’90s, she has deep experience in digital media, entertainment, and private equity.
Mr. Pryor focuses on senior-level assignments for general management, sales, marketing, and digital transformation. He specializes in recruiting executives using his four years as CFO and CEO of a venture-backed start-up, 10 years at General Electric Capital, and 20 years in international finance and investment banking. Mr. Pryor has served on public, private, and non-profit boards, and chaired the audit committee for the NBA’s Boston Celtics. In executive recruiting, he has focused on business services, digital marketing, e-commerce, ad sales, place-based advertising, communications, and customer service for growth companies and large national brands.
