GHP Search Assists Christel House with the Recruitment of New Board Members
July 16, 2026 – GHP Search, formerly known as Greenwich Harbor Partners, has helped Christel House Intl. to recruit John Gomes, partner, global telecom and technology at Bain & Co, and former partner, software at Kearney, Mani Iyer, chief AI and technology officer at Vanguard and former SVP – global head of infrastructure, data and technology at Paypal.
Mr. Gomes is a globally recognized transformation and strategy leader in the telecommunications and technology sectors at Baine & Co. With more than 25 years of experience spanning innovation, operational transformation, customer experience, product strategy, and business turnarounds, he has advised CEOs and executive teams across North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Prior to Bain, Mr. Gomes spent over 12 years at Kearney, where he led large-scale transformation initiatives for global telecommunications and software organizations. Earlier in his career, he was a software engineer and program manager at Hewlett-Packard, where he filed 19 patent applications and received multiple awards for innovation and leadership.
Mr. Iyer is a distinguished technology executive who currently serves as chief AI and technology officer at Vanguard. With nearly three decades of experience leading technology, data, AI, and infrastructure organizations, he previously held senior leadership roles at PayPal, Wells Fargo, and JPMorgan Chase. Throughout his career, he has driven large-scale digital transformation initiatives, enterprise data strategies, and technology modernization efforts across the financial services industry. His expertise in artificial intelligence, data management, and technology innovation continues to shape the future of enterprise technology and customer experiences.
Christel House is a blue-chip non-profit based in Indianapolis that builds and manages K-12 schools in poverty-dense parts of the world. Founded in 1998 by Christel DeHaan, a successful entrepreneur in travel and real estate, Christel House operates nine tuition-free schools in five countries and is embarking on an ambitious program to build five more schools including India, South Africa, Mexico, Colombia, and Nepal. This will more than double its reach from 6,400 students to over 15,000.

Over 20 Years of Experience
Ms. Pryor has over 20 years of senior executive search experience. She has recruited board directors, CEOs and their direct reports, as well as partners for private equity firms. In addition to holding a board seat with the New York Pops, she serves as an advisory board member for Constellation Ventures. A veteran of the internet space since the early ’90s, she has deep experience in digital media, entertainment, and private equity.

Mr. Pryor focuses on senior-level assignments for general management, sales, marketing, and digital transformation. He specializes in recruiting executives using his four years as CFO and CEO of a venture-backed start-up, 10 years at General Electric Capital, and 20 years in international finance and investment banking. Mr. Pryor has served on public, private, and non-profit boards, and chaired the audit committee for the NBA’s Boston Celtics. In executive recruiting, he has focused on business services, digital marketing, e-commerce, ad sales, place-based advertising, communications, and customer service for growth companies and large national brands.
