Futurestep Expands Industrial Search Team
May 5, 2016 – Futurestep, a Korn Ferry company that provides talent acquisition solutions, has added Eduardo Medina, Marnix Lamberts, Filip Loossens and Renan Mamann as senior consultants within its industrial search practice.
Mr. Medina joins Futurestep as a senior consultant in its Madrid office. He brings experience in the wind and energy sector. Previously, he held a variety of roles at Michael Page, including senior consultant and manager within its engineering division. Before entering executive search, Mr. Medina gained experience with Vestas, a global energy company dedicated exclusively to wind energy, and with shipping company Trasmediterranea. He is charged with building Futurestep’s industrial brand in Iberia.
With over 20 years’ experience in executive search, Mr. Lamberts has been named a managing consultant. Joining from his own search firm, MXL Search, he brings extensive knowledge of the transportation and distribution sector to the firm’s teams in Amsterdam and Brussels. His earlier experience includes serving as a partner with WesselCoenen Search and Consulting and Morgan Howard Executive Search. As Futurestep’s first local consultant in the Dutch market, Mr. Lamberts is tasked to drive growth within the industrial sector.
Also with over 20 years’ experience, Mr. Loossens joins the company’s Brussels team as a managing consultant. He joins from specialist recruitment consultancy Robert Walters, where he created and led its engineering division. Prior to this, he worked extensively in the process and chemicals sector at Pavillon Technologies and Exxon Chemicals.

Mr. Mamann joins Futurestep’s industrial team as a managing consultant based in its Paris office. He served as a managing associate in the industrial practice at Korn Ferry for the last decade.
