Frederickson Partners Fills Top HR Post for July Business Services

May 6, 2024 – Global HR search firm Frederickson Partners has placed Ginger H. Ms. Gibbs brings to JULY a wealth of experience, having served as a talent leadership partner and holding a master’s degree in human resource management and development as well as dual certifications. She held HR leadership positions in both publicly and privately held organizations of various sizes and industries. Ms. Gibbs held key roles at Smart Start – Global IID Family of Companies, Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center, Virgin Pulse – SimplyWell, JPMorgan Chase – Chase Paymentech, and Grant Thornton.

In her role as SVP of HR with July, Ms. Gibbs will establish and oversee the firm’s global HR function. She will report to Mr. Humphrey.

Frederickson Partners Recruits Chief People Officer for Proofpoint
Frederickson Partners has recruited Kim Sullivan as chief people officer for Proofpoint, a cybersecurity and compliance solutions provider. In her role, Ms. Sullivan will lead the global human resources organization in driving business growth through strategic HR programs. She will report to the CEO, Sumit Dhawan. Ms. Sullivan brings more than 25 years of experience and expertise in people, culture, and transformation. She has a proven track record of leading and driving strategies that directly improve and impact business outcomes and will play a crucial role in shaping and leading Proofpoint’s people initiatives. Ms. Sullivan joins Proofpoint from Sitecore, where she served as the chief human resources officer. In this role, she led the global HR function and quickly built trust with the senior leadership team to enable Sitecore’s immediate and long-term growth.

Previously, Ms. Serame was a senior director of HR at FUJIFILM Wako Diagnostics USA. Portia also brings HR leadership experience from GE Healthcare, Affymetrix, and Microchip Biotechnologies Inc.

In her role as VP of HR, Ms. Serame will help Kyverna scale the organization, building and developing a high-performance culture to attract and retain remarkable talent, and create programs to nurture employees and empower them to excel. She reports to Kyverna’s CEO, Peter Maag.
