Frederickson Partners Recruits Chief People Officer for Proofpoint
March 15, 2024 – Global HR search firm Frederickson Partners has recruited Kim Sullivan as chief people officer for Proofpoint, a cybersecurity and compliance solutions provider. In her role, Ms. Sullivan will lead the global human resources organization in driving business growth through strategic HR programs. She will report to the CEO, Sumit Dhawan.
Ms. Sullivan brings more than 25 years of experience and expertise in people, culture, and transformation. She has a proven track record of leading and driving strategies that directly improve and impact business outcomes and will play a crucial role in shaping and leading Proofpoint’s people initiatives. Ms. Sullivan joins Proofpoint from Sitecore, where she served as the chief human resources officer. In this role, she led the global HR function and quickly built trust with the senior leadership team to enable Sitecore’s immediate and long-term growth.
Prior to this, Ms. Sullivan worked at Cocentrix as the global chief people officer. She also brings impressive HR leadership experience from Kaiser Permanente, The University of Texas System and Walgreens. Ms. Sullivan has experience with collaborating to solve big systems problems (turnaround, hyper-growth, IPO, financial exit, M&A, Go-To-Market optimization), encompassing people, processes, and technology.

Frederickson Partners Recruits CFO for Bluberi Gaming
Frederickson Partners has recruited Billy Register as the new CFO of Bluberi Gaming. Mr. Register joins Bluberi from Deluxe Media Inc., where he served as executive vice president of finance. Prior to this, he served as VP of finance at Big Block Media and director, strategic services at Databank Financial Services Limited. In his new position, Mr. Register will be responsible for supporting Bluberi’s mission to build the capital structure required to achieve their financial goals. He will be charged with communicating these goals and strategic plans to both internal and external stakeholders, and report to the CEO, Andrew Burke.

Ms. Serame joined Kyverna Therapeutics from ReCor Medical, where she served as senior director of HR. In this position, she provided leadership and expertise for the full scope of HR functions. Previously, Ms. Serame was a senior director of HR at FUJIFILM Wako Diagnostics USA. Portia also brings HR leadership experience from GE Healthcare, Affymetrix, and Microchip Biotechnologies Inc.
In her role as VP of HR, Ms. Serame will help Kyverna scale the organization, building and developing a high-performance culture to attract and retain remarkable talent, and create programs to nurture employees and empower them to excel. She reports to Kyverna’s CEO, Peter Maag.
