Frank Recruitment Group Names President Americas

March 16, 2018 – London-headquartered executive search firm Frank Recruitment Group has appointed Sunny Ackerman as president for the Americas.

“We are delighted to bring Sunny in to propel our already successful activity in American marketplaces, including accelerating the growth of our current and future offices,” the firm said.

Frank Recruitment Group specializes in the technology sector.

Ms. Ackerman has over two decades of experiences recruiting experience. Previously, she was vice president and general manager for the west division of Manpower North America. There, she managed and led the cause to transform company culture and business performance.

Ms. Ackerman is also known for her expertise and commitment to addressing relevant and important issues revolving around women in the workplace. Frank Recruitment Group has been a strong advocate for closing the gender gap in the technology field. Most recently, the firm announced that it will sponsor the Women in IT Awards in New York City, an event that Ms. Ackerman is expected to attend, representing the firm and its gender equality mission.

New Leaders

A handful of recruiting companies have announced new leaders for the Americas in recent months. Here is a sampling from the Hunt Scanlon archives.

Becky Frankiewicz has joined ManpowerGroup as president of its North American operations. Reporting to chief operating officer Darryl Green, she will oversee all of the company’s brands and offerings in the region, including Manpower, Experis, Right Management and ManpowerGroup Solutions. Ms. Frankiewicz comes to the firm from PepsiCo.

Heidrick & Struggles appointed Andrew LeSueur as head of leadership consulting in the Americas. He continues to support his executive search clients and the industrial and supply chain practices. Mr. LeSueur joined Heidrick & Struggles from McKinsey, where he was partner in the operations practice to help create, performance transformations. 

IRC Global Executive Search Partners named Tom Berray, managing partner of Cabot Consultants, as its new Americas leader. He took over from Jane Lyons, managing partner of Rhodes Associates, who stepped down from the role after two years as the IRC Americas regional leader. Mr. Berray has worked in executive search for more than 15 years.
