FPC of Cambridge Announces New Leadership

October 3, 2024 – F-O-R-T-U-N-E Personnel Consultants (FPC National), a nationwide network of over 60 franchised executive recruitment offices, has announced the new ownership of FPC of Cambridge, MA. Founded by Aline Wildes, the office will now be owned and led by Joellen Lane. FPC of Cambridge will continue to specialize in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry, offering expertise and recruitment services to these sectors.

Ms. Lane brings over 25 years of experience at FPC of Cambridge in executive search, with specialized knowledge in preformulation, formulation, analytical development, bioanalytical, and process development. Her academic background includes a BA in communications from Bradford College.
Under Ms. Lane’s leadership, FPC of Cambridge will continue to provide recruitment services, including executive search, custom talent acquisition projects, talent pipeline assessment and management, hiring process evaluation, and process mapping and succession planning.

Toronto-based Caldwell has appointed Chris Beck as president and CEO. He will succeed John Wallace, who will assume the role of executive chair. Arlington, VA-based DRiWaterstone Human Capital has appointed Doug Trout as its new CEO succeeding Jennifer Dunlap, who has served as president and CEO since the organization opened its doors in 2001. Ms. Dunlap will continue to serve as an advisor to the CEO and to work with a limited number of clients until her retirement from the organization in January 2025. Life sciences recruiting specialist Coulter Partners has announced a strategic leadership transition and the reorganization of its senior leadership team.
