Financial Services Search Firm Secura/Isaac Talent is Launched
September 16, 2022 – Global advisory firm Secura/Isaac Group has launched Secura/Isaac Talent, an executive search firm dedicated to recruiting senior-level talent for financial services clients. The firm will be led by CEO Jamie Peretz, who brings over two decades of top-level executive search experience.
“Secura/Isaac Group’s team of highly experienced financial executives and former regulators operate at the juncture of strategy and regulatory compliance to help clients navigate today’s rapidly evolving corporate and regulatory environments,” said the company. “Secura/Isaac Talent is perfectly positioned to connect clients to highly experienced, top-quality leaders who meet the demands of today’s environment.”
New York city-based Secura/Isaac Group also connects Secura/Isaac Talent to Blue SaaS Solutions, a Secura/Isaac company providing high-tech advice and support to help financial services clients design, purchase and implement enterprise software. “Together, the Secura/Isaac family combines professional knowledge and networks to produce a vast base of highly specialized expertise,” said Secura/Isaac Group.
A Veteran Leader
During her career, Ms. Peretz has successfully led hundreds of domestic and international senior-level searches for large and mid-sized financial institutions and private equity firms. She began her career in executive search with 16 years at Korn Ferry, where she was a senior client partner in the global financial services practice. Prior to joining Secura/Isaac Talent, Ms. Peretz spent five years as a partner leading the banking, capital markets, and private equity practices at Westwood Partners, which was a leading executive search boutique serving the financial services industry.
“Jamie’s deep expertise in the financial services sector made her an obvious choice to lead Secura/Isaac Talent, and we’re thrilled to have her,” said William Isaac, chairman of Secura/Isaac Group. “With the addition of this new firm to the Secura/Isaac family, we continue to bring unparalleled services to our clients.”
“I am excited to join such a stellar team of professionals who are dedicated to helping organizations operate in a world of change,” Ms. Peretz said. “Having access to the wealth of knowledge and experience within Secura/Isaac Group’s team gives us a head start toward connecting our clients to the best talent in the industry.”
Secura/Isaac Group serves financial institutions, fintech firms, central banks, and domestic and international regulatory agencies. It is led by Mr. Isaac, former FDIC and Fifth Third Bancorp chair. The firm’s team of former regulators and financial executives helps the financial services sector address unprecedented challenges brought about by a global pandemic, rapid advances in technology, cybercrime, and a shifting regulatory landscape. Secura/Isaac Talent is the latest addition to the Secura/Isaac Group after the firm acquired Blue SaaS Solutions earlier this year in order to connect clients to technology solutions for regulatory challenges.
Open for Business
Over the past year, new recruiting firms have put out shingles around the world in a wide range of industries. Here’s a look at a recent sampling from the Hunt Scanlon Media archives:
Andrew C. Wheeler, a veteran executive search consultant with more than 20 years of experience, has launched Lincoln Leadership, a Philadelphia-based boutique search firm rooted in the idea of “advancing mobility”—be it, educational, health, generational, structural, or financial—for organizations and people. “We’re looking to transcend the simple idea of DEI,” Mr. Wheeler said, “to create a landscape that expands leadership opportunities for everyone.” Mr. Wheeler’s experience in executive search includes the completion of more than 500 searches, including many at the CEO, president, director, and board level.
Massey Henry has opened its doors in Toronto as an executive search and board advisory firm specializing in financial services and the public sector. Founder and managing partner, Michael Henry, a seasoned executive search professional, aims to set a new standard for executive recruiting with a streamlined, collaborative approach that enables organizations to recruit diverse top talent for urgent, transformational roles. “In today’s pandemic-driven landscape, we are seeing increased pressures with regard to risk management, regulatory compliance, digitization, and diversity and ESG, at both the board and C-suite levels,” said Mr. Henry, a specialist in the recruitment of senior-level executives and corporate directors in financial services.
Mike Sarraille and George Randle have launched Talent War Group, an executive search and leadership consulting firm that will combine top talent processes and insights with executive placement, talent advisory and leadership development services. The authors of “The Talent War: How Special Operations and Great Organizations Win on Talent,” the firm’s founders said the new firm “offers today’s businesses and organizations an advanced, competitive approach in the battle for hiring, developing and engaging high-performing, A-player leaders.”
