EMA Partners Opens New Office in Colombia

April 17, 2019 – Executive search consultants are seeing an increase in hiring mandates from around the world. To meet demand, they continue to develop new practices, hire new recruiters and open new locations. Global recruiting consortiums, meanwhile, are taking advantage of a resurgence in certain geographic areas.

Recently, EMA Partners International, a global partnership of executive search professionals, strengthened its presence in the Americas with the addition of new office in in Bogota, Colombia with the induction of Natalia Godoy Duenas of Consultores Organizacionales S.A.S.

Ms. Godoy Duenas, who becomes a managing director at EMA Partners, has significant experience in managing executive search engagements for leading local and multinational companies in the Latin American region. She is a noted guest speaker in different HR and business forums with focus on issues ranging from managing Millennials, employer brand, and gender and generational diversity. She earned her degree in psychology from the Pontificia Javeriana University of Colombia.

Bogotá is the main economic and industrial center of Colombia. The financial sector has grown favorably because of good liquidity in the economy, the growth of credit and the positive performance of the Colombian economy. The Colombian Stock Exchange through the Latin American Integrated Market (MILA) offers a regional market to trade equities. Colombia is now one of only three economies with a perfect score on the strength of legal rights index, according to the World Bank.

The organization also furthered its presence in the Americas with the addition of recruiting firm Airaldi Smart Human Connections in Buenos Aires. Lucrecia Airaldi was appointed as the managing partner for EMA Partners Argentina. She is the founder of Airaldi Smart Human Connections, the predecessor firm for EMA Partners Argentina. Since 2007, the firm has built a track record specializing in C-suite executive search engagements across the consumer and retail, technology, telecommunications and luxury goods sectors in the region.
