DSG Global Appoints Managing Directors

October 6, 2026 – DSG Global has expanded with the additions of Kris McFeely, Chris Clarey, and Scott Murray as managing directors. Ms. McFeely, who joins the firm’s nonprofit and social impact practice, brings more than two decades of executive search experience to the team. She specializes in identifying and recruiting exceptional leaders for mission-driven organizations.

Drawing on experience across environment and conservation, human services, museums, zoos and aquariums, associations, and the arts, Ms. McFeely partners with organizations to attract leaders who can advance their mission and long-term strategy. Her search expertise includes fundraising, operations, marketing, finance, and CEO, executive director, and senior leadership roles. Throughout her career, she has completed more than 500 searches for organizations ranging from grassroots non-profits to international institutions.

Select clients of her have included Environmental Defense Fund, Zoological Society of Milwaukee, American Nurses Association, Glacier National Park Conservancy, Trust for Public Land, Special Olympics Illinois, Muscular Dystrophy Association, Chicago Symphony Orchestra Association, and Start Early.

Most recently, Ms. McFeely was a partner in the nonprofit practice at DHR Global. Prior to that, she served as managing director at Campbell & Company, a fundraising consulting and executive search firm, where she led high-profile searches and guided strategic talent initiatives. As a member of Campbell’s senior leadership team, she also oversaw recruitment for the consulting staff and chaired the firm’s diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility council.

Mr. Clarey advises companies, investors, and senior leadership teams on critical executive talent needs. Based in Houston, he brings more than 15 years of executive search experience, with particular depth across commercial real estate, infrastructure, and energy. Mr. Clarey partners with public and private companies, investment managers, developers, and private equity-backed organizations on C-suite and senior leadership searches spanning investment, development, capital markets, asset management, finance, and other key functions. He has developed strong relationships throughout Texas and the Sunbelt while working with clients and candidates across the United States and internationally.

Prior to joining DSG Global, Mr. Clarey held roles with Keller Augusta, Ferguson Partners, Heidrick & Struggles, and Korn Ferry. He began his search career in Korn Ferry’s global oil and gas practice before transitioning into commercial real estate and real assets.

Mr. Murray is an executive search consultant with more than 15 years of experience advising colleges and universities, governing boards, and mission-driven organizations on executive talent strategy and leadership recruitment. Drawing on a diverse background in executive search, corporate talent acquisition, and education law, he partners with clients to recruit exceptional leaders while advising on succession planning, talent attraction, and leadership development.

Before joining DSG Global, Mr. Murray served as director of executive search for the University of North Carolina System Office, where he led executive search services for one of the nation’s largest public university systems. He advised institutions on chancellor, provost, dean, vice president, and other senior leadership searches while helping build a nationally recognized in-house executive search practice. Mr. Murray has also served as an executive recruiter for a global tech company and an attorney and search consultant for a state school boards association, where he managed superintendent searches and advised local boards on executive leadership and governance.

DSG Global also recently added Kendra Thompson, Julie Schrodt, Phillip Duffy as managing directors. Ms. Thompson, who joins the healthcare practice, previously led retained physician and executive search at one of the nation’s largest healthcare staffing and workforce solutions companies—she brings over a decade of experience leading search in life sciences, academic medicine, and healthcare executives.

Ms. Schrodt brings more than a decade of higher education experience with the last five years as a senior executive search consultant at Greenwood Asher & Associates. She brings a track record of delivering exceptional client service and cultivating lasting institutional partnerships.

Mr. Duffy, who joins the life sciences practice, works closely with the broader DSG Global leadership teams to advise companies, boards, and investors on critical executive leadership needs. Based in Philadelphia, he brings over a decade of executive search experience across the global life sciences ecosystem.
