DHR Global Combines Consumer & Retail Practice Groups; Names Global Leaders
February 10, 2023 – Talent advisory firm DHR Global has announced that it has formally merged its consumer and retail practice groups into one global practice, now called consumer and retail. Kristi LeBlanc and Marcey Rubin Stamas, formerly global leaders of the consumer practice group, and Tricia Logan, formerly global leader of the retail practice group, will assume leadership positions for the combined practice.

For more than 25 years, Ms. LeBlanc has been retained at the CEO, board, and officer level for consumer and retail and hospitality brands within public, private, and private equity companies. One of DHR’s top performing consultants since joining the firm in 2008, she has also been recognized by the Business Journal as one of the Top 25 Most Influential Women Industry Leaders and has received numerous awards for excellence in executive search throughout her career.
Ms. Rubin Stamas joined DHR in 1998 and has helped grow the retail and consumer practices. She works at the CEO, board, and officer levels across all functional areas in public, private, and private equity companies, spanning consumer, retail, hospitality, fintech, and health and wellness. Ms. Rubin Stamas has been recognized as one of the most influential people in Chicago business according to Crain’s Chicago Business.
Ms. Logan specializes in assisting companies hire leaders who build brands and drive revenue growth, in partnership with consumer-facing businesses from start-ups to multi-billion-dollar firms. With an expertise spanning general management, marketing, merchandising, and design, she supports clients through executive search engagements across the C-suite and leadership succession projects.

Recent Acquisition
In December, DHR acquired the Prairies offices (Calgary and Saskatoon) of executive search firm Boyden. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. This move strengthens DHR’s presence in Canada, adding 12 partner, associate, and administrative professionals to the DHR Calgary office and expanding its expertise across functions and key industries. DHR’s Calgary office is a provider of executive search, emerging leader search, and leadership consulting, in partnership with its offices in Toronto, Montreal, and Saskatoon. The firm’s Canadian operations are led from Calgary by Bryan Arthur as managing partner, Canada.
