DHR Global Adds New Partners
November 6, 2024 – Talent advisory firm DHR Global expanded with the additions of Sarah Zielke and David Morgenbesser as partners. Ms. Zielke, who joins the firm’s Chicago office will also be member of the healthcare services & solutions and private equity practice groups. She brings more than 25 years of experience in executive search and leadership consulting, with a deep focus on healthcare and private equity. Ms. Zielke’s expertise lies in identifying C-suite executives for leading organizations, helping to drive senior leadership across industries. Before joining DHR, she was a partner at a boutique executive search firm, where she specialized in private equity and supported healthcare organizations in finding senior leaders.
Ms. Zielke has a background in recruiting senior executives within healthcare sectors, such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and healthcare services. Throughout her career, she has partnered with a wide range of health systems and commercial healthcare companies to place leaders who drive growth and innovation. “Her addition to DHR enhances the firm’s ability to serve healthcare and private equity clients with precision and expertise,” the firm said.

Mr. Morgenbesser joins the firm’s Miami office as a partner in leadership consulting. With over a decade of experience in sales and business development across leadership consulting and executive advisory services, he has expertise in guiding organizations across diverse industries, including technology, financial services, hospitality, and private equity and venture-backed companies. Mr. Morgenbesser previously served as head of sales with RHR International and before that was with Korn Ferry. “His knowledge and proven success will further enhance our commitment to delivering top-notch leadership consulting and talent advisory services,” DHR said.
Before joining DHR, Mr. Morgenbesser specialized in selling leadership consulting services, working closely with organizations to implement tailored talent solutions. He provides consulting solutions, emphasizing leadership development, succession planning, executive coaching, talent strategy, and board and CEO evaluations.

Recent Appointments
This past spring, DHR appointed Ayman Haddad as vice chairman. In addition, Mr. Haddad retained his position as the managing partner for the Middle East and Africa region and leader of the EMEA financial services practice. His expertise lies in advising local and multinational companies during critical organizational phases, including turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions, and growth stages. Notably, in 2012, Mr. Haddad led the establishment of DHR’s first Middle East office in Dubai.
DHR Global Expands New Bangalore Office
DHR Global has named Srinivas Maddali as managing partner in the healthcare, life sciences, technology, and private equity practice groups. Based in DHR’s new Bangalore office, Mr. Maddali’s appointment supports the firm’s continued growth and expansion in India.
