DHR Global Expands New Bangalore Office
August 15, 2024 – Talent advisory firm DHR Global has named Srinivas Maddali as managing partner in the healthcare, life sciences, technology, and private equity practice groups. Based in DHR’s new Bangalore office, Mr. Maddali’s appointment supports the firm’s continued growth and expansion in India. As managing partner, he will assist Indian and multinational organizations in finding senior executive talent.

Mr. Maddali has more than 20 years of industry leadership experience and eight years in executive search. He has held key roles in sales, marketing, and general management across India and the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region in medical technology companies, such as Abbott Vascular and Spectranetics (now Phillips). As vice president and general manager, APAC at Z-Medica (now Teleflex), he was part of the global leadership team, where he led commercial operations, managed the P&L of the division, and developed and executed the company’s expansion and growth strategy in the APAC region.
Additionally, Mr. Maddali led the India and APAC practices for multiple global executive search firms including Heidrick & Struggles and Korn Ferry in life sciences, healthcare, and technology/IT services/IT consulting. He has partnered with Indian and multinational clients to fill CEO and other C-suite roles as well as functional executive leadership positions. Before joining DHR, Mr. Maddali was managing director at Innotrove Consultants, focusing on GTM strategies and fundraising for companies in hyper/high-growth stages pre-IPO.

Recent Appointments
This past spring, DHR appointed Ayman Haddad as vice chairman. In his new role, Mr. Haddad will continue to play a pivotal role in DHR’s ongoing expansion across the Middle East and Africa, with a strategic focus on entering new growth markets, including Saudi Arabia. “Ayman’s elevation to vice chairman is a testament to his exceptional team leadership and commitment,” said Geoff Hoffmann, CEO of DHR Global. “His strategic partnership and expertise have added significant value to our clients, firm, and people.”

In addition, Mr. Haddad retained his position as the managing partner for the Middle East and Africa region and leader of the EMEA financial services practice. His expertise lies in advising local and multinational companies during critical organizational phases, including turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions, and growth stages. Notably, in 2012, Mr. Haddad led the establishment of DHR’s first Middle East office in Dubai.
