CIO Partners Appoints Leader of Private Equity Practice
January 10, 2024 – CIO Partners has named Jennifer Becker as the new managing director and leader of its private equity practice. “Jennifer’s knowledge in the private equity space and expertise in executive search position her to strategically lead our private equity practice,” said Joe Gross, president of CIO Partners. “Her appointment is a planned move to enhance our capabilities and offer our client partners unparalleled insights and services in this dynamic sector.”

Ms. Becker most recently served as managing director, executive services practice at Q2 Executive Services, providers of executive search, interim leadership and project staffing solutions for mid-senior Finance, IT, and Ops professionals in various industries including healthcare, Tech/FinTech, financial services and manufacturing.
In her new role CIO Partners, Ms. Becker will be responsible for driving the growth of the private equity practice, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of search services for private equity firms and their portfolio organizations. Before that, she was vice president with Tyler & Company. Prior to that, Ms. Becker was vice president and market leader with Accretive Solutions and a client services partner with Tatum.
