Charles Aris Strengthens Search Staff
June 7, 2018 – Greensboro, NC-based executive search firm Charles Aris Inc. has expanded with the addition of Peter Uber as its newest colleague. He will focus on recruiting senior-level sales and marketing leaders on behalf of clients in the food & beverage industry.
Mr. Uber brings an extensive background in shaping sales and marketing programs for a variety of organizations. He joined the search firm with two decades of business experience in advertising, publishing and manufacturing. His experience and acquired knowledge base includes training, sales, marketing, sales management, business development and operations.
In his industry experience, Mr. Uber has held multiple roles including account executive, sales manager and director, and operations officer. His track record ranges from top account acquisition to business development, the latter through identifying new markets for company growth and then hiring, training and managing sales teams and marketing professionals in those markets. Previously, he served as chief operations officer at Trinico Ag. Before that, he gained experience in various roles with DC Publishing.
“I have a strong understanding of the needs of our clients because I have served in similar capacities for my former employers,” Mr. Uber said. “I offer both implied and directly applicable experience that will enable me to quickly and effectively solve my client’s most pressing needs.”
