Caldwell Places Head of Investor Relations at White Rock Oil & Gas

July 19, 2019 – Investor relations is a strategic management responsibility that is capable of integrating finance, communication, marketing and securities law compliance to enable the most effective two-way communication between a company, the financial community and other constituencies, which ultimately contributes to a company’s securities achieving fair valuation.

With the growing importance of the IR role especially in private equity, it’s no wonder why organizations turn to executive search firms to fill these positions.

Recently, Toronto-based executive recruiting firm Caldwell tapped Marc Leferman as managing director, head of investor relations for White Rock Oil & Gas. Liz Bernich, a principal in Caldwell’s financial services, private equity and venture capital practices, led the assignment.
