BroadView Talent Partners Seeking New Leader for Greater New England Minority Supplier Development Council

March 23, 2026 – BroadView Talent Partners was recently retained by Greater New England Minority Supplier Development Council (GNEMSDC) to lead in its search for a new president and CEO. Tracy McMillan, Melania DaSilva Deaver, Robyn Quinn, and Donna Young are leading the assignment. The next CEO will lead GNEMSDC at a pivotal moment in its evolution. The organization is stable, credible, and mission-driven, and it is expanding its operating model to respond to a broader and more complex business landscape.
Reporting directly to the chair of the board of directors, the president and CEO holds full accountability for the organization’s strategic direction, operational performance, financial stewardship, and programmatic impact. In close partnership with the board, the president will strengthen regional and national influence while ensuring long -term sustainability and measurable economic outcomes.
Candidates must have demonstrated experience leading an enterprise with full accountability for strategy, financial and operational performance, and organizational health, alongside the executive communication capability to shape external perception, influence senior leaders across sectors, and advance the organization’s regional and national standing. Those applying will also have documented success designing and executing multi-year growth strategies that expand revenue, partnerships, and organizational impact. In addition, candidates will need to demonstrate an entrepreneurial, forward-looking mindset — proactively identifying new market opportunities, modern engagement models, and sustainable revenue streams while reducing reliance on legacy structures.
