Blue Rock Human Capital Recruits VP of People and Culture for Unlimited Systems

February 2, 2026 – Blue Rock Human Capital has assisted in the recruitment of Blair Arcaini as vice president of people and culture at Unlimited Systems. Ms. Arcaini has a background in human resources and people operations, having held leadership roles focused on organizational culture and talent management. She has served as head of people and culture at Switcher, Inc., a media production and software company, where she oversaw HR functions and supported company growth. In addition to her work at Switcher, Ms. Arcaini has also held a senior people operations role at Soundstripe, a content technology company serving creators and media professionals. Her experience centers on HR strategy, people operations, and fostering workplace culture across tech-oriented organizations
