March 9, 2016 – Sausalito, CA-based executive search firm Bialla Partners has added Jeff Hodge and Diletta D’Onofrio as recruiting partners.
Mr. Hodge has conducted board director and C-suite search assignments for more than three decades. He has worked with leading companies in most industries from the Fortune 50 to private equity-backed portfolio companies.
He previously led Hodge Partners, which became part of Diversified Search where he served as a vice chairman. Before that, he served as a managing partner with Heidrick & Struggles and Spencer Stuart. He was also a founding director of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), Northern California Chapter.
Ms. D’Onofrio has been performing various executive and advisory roles over the past 15 years, building finance and operations teams primarily for Fortune 1000 organizations in the technology sector. During her time at KPMG Advisory Services in London, she specialized in supporting technology clients during the implementation of restructuring plans. She also served for over four years at PricewaterhouseCoopers as director of its Silicon Valley office, where she was responsible for M&A and transformation engagements. She joined E&Y in 2010 with oversight responsibility for finance transformation projects at Microsoft, Flowserve, and Applied Materials.
Her search practice is focused on recruiting chief executive officers, chief finance offices, corporate directors and senior executives across a wide array of industries, with a specific focus on the technology industry.
