TRANSEARCH Adds Partners in London

August 11, 2015 – Morgan Smith Limited founders Rob Morgan and Malcolm Smith have joined TRANSEARCH International as partners in London.

Mr. Morgan has spent more than 30 years helping senior executives transform their organizations. Prior to founding Morgan Smith Limited he was a partner with Deloitte U.K. and before that served as a director with KPMG.

Mr. Smith has over 20 years of operational experience in blue chip environments around the world leading functional teams and global projects. Before founding Morgan Smith Limited, he worked in pharmaceuticals and life sciences for Glaxo, Rhone Poulenc Rorer and Aventis Pharma within R&D, industrial and commercial operations.

Messrs. Morgan and Smith have worked alongside CXO’s and executive board members on a wide range of engagements, including building leadership teams in the U.K., Europe, North America and the Middle East. Their collective experience spans a number of sectors and they both specialize in business & professional services, industry, supply chain, consumer & retail, and government education & non-profit.
