AltoPartners Adds New Member Firm in Brazil

March 3, 2025 – AltoPartners, an international alliance of boutique executive search and leadership consulting firms, has added Evermonte Executive Search in Brazil as its newest member firm. “Brazil is a key player in international business and is strategically positioned, geography-wise,” said Sonal Agrawal, AltoPartners global chair. “There are abundant natural resources and a growing consumer market of over 215 million people. Add in a vibrant innovation ecosystem and you have a gateway to global trade, which offers opportunities for businesses seeking long-term growth in the region. We are delighted to welcome the team from Evermonte to AltoPartners and we are excited to engage, share best practice and grow with the firm.”

“We are excited to announce our partnership with AltoPartners, a move that underscores our commitment to providing comprehensive international solutions to our clients,” said Guilherme Abdala, partner at Evermonte Executive Search. “This alliance is particularly aimed at addressing the growing demand for global support from family-owned businesses. By joining forces with AltoPartners, Evermonte is diversifying its portfolio, offering enhanced advisory services, and gaining strategic insights into the dynamic Brazilian market. This partnership will enable us to better connect leaders and organizations worldwide, supporting foreign companies in their strategic endeavors within Brazil. We look forward to the opportunities this collaboration will bring and are dedicated to continuing our mission of connecting executives and board members with opportunities on a global scale.”

Brazil has the largest economy in South America and is one of the world’s leading emerging markets, driven by a diverse mix of agriculture, industry, and services. It is a global powerhouse in commodities, exporting vast amounts of soybeans, coffee, beef, iron ore, and oil, benefiting from its rich natural resources. The country also has a strong industrial base, particularly in automobile manufacturing, steel production, and energy, with significant offshore oil reserves in its pre-salt fields. However, Brazil’s economy faces persistent challenges, including high inflation, political instability, bureaucratic inefficiencies, and income inequality, which have periodically hindered sustained growth. While the country has implemented economic reforms to improve fiscal stability and attract foreign investment, it continues to struggle with structural issues such as complex tax regulations and an overreliance on commodity exports.

With the addition of Evermonte Executive Search in Brazil, AltoPartners now boasts the strongest grouping of renowned member firms across the Americas through its partnerships with:

  • Humanis Talent Acquisition & Advisory (Calgary).
  • Osprey Executive Search (Toronto).
  • DSG Global (U.S.)
  • Ezentia Leadership Solutions (Mexico).
  • Executive Connections (Colombia).
  • Equation Partners (Chile).
  • Bäcker & Partners (Argentina).

Ltd), AltoPartners continues its upward trajectory into 2025,” the search consortium said. “With the addition of member firms in Brazil (Evermonte Executive Search) and Sweden in January 2025, our global footprint now spans 64 offices in 37 countries across six continents.
