Allegis Partners Places VP of People for Venture-Backed Diamanti

January 30, 2020 – Executive search firm Allegis Partners has placed Christina Monzon-Le as vice president of people for Diamanti in San Jose, CA. The search was conducted by John K. Anderson, managing director in Allegis Partners’ San Francisco office, and Lora Martinelli, director in Minneapolis.

Ms. Monzon-Le has more than 15 years of HR experience in the areas of business partnership, benefits, employee relations, immigration, talent acquisition, compensation, HR systems and training.  She will oversee all aspects of people operations and talent, including designing Diamanti’s people strategy and the long-term vision for creating a thriving, collaborative and high-performance culture.

Prior to Diamanti, Ms. Monzon-Le was head of global people operations at Guavus, a Thales company. Previously, she was vice president of human resources at SS8 Networks Inc. Before that, Ms. Monzon-Le was with Saba Software, where she held a leadership role as a business partner to the engineering and professional services teams. Prior to Saba, she was head of human resources at Gaia Online for five years, where she led all people operations.
