Alexander Hughes Expands in London
May 20, 2020 – Paris-headquartered search firm Alexander Hughes has expanded with the addition of Joanne Macris as a new managing partner in its London office.

Ms. Macris’ appointment as managing partner is part of Alexander Hughes’ growth plan in Great Britain, a high-potential market in which the group has decided to continue to invest. Alexander Hughes’ history has been combined for over 60 years with its presence in the London market where it has played a key role in the U.K. executive search market. Over the years, the firm has provided its services to U.K. leading companies allowing us to build a reputation of high-performers in the recruitment consultancy and executive search.
Ms. Macris is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in international markets. She has a proven expertise in executive search and is a highly experienced professional in assessment and on-boarding leaders and managers in high-level organizations and multiple STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) sectors.
Ms. Macris previously gained executive search experience with Abantu Resources and HRMC Botswana. Since beginning her career 22 years ago, she has developed her base of industries, clients and candidates globally to offer a wide range of professional services. Ms. Macris is committed to world-class standards. She is also effective in promoting positive relationships and capable teams to deliver on her clients’ vision and mission.
