Alexander Hughes Opens New Location in Mexico City
February 20, 2019 – Executive recruiters are seeing an increase in hiring mandates from around the world. To meet the demand, they continue to develop new practices, bring in new recruiters and open new locations. Recently, Paris-headquartered search firm Alexander Hughes expanded in Mexico City with the opening of a new office in Monterrey.
The Mexican team will report to Adolfo Cruz, who was recently appointed managing partner Mexico. Mr. Cruz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in high-level executive search, a proven expertise in several industries, as well as an in-depth knowledge of the Mexican market.
Under his leadership, his team of search professionals is charged with accelerating Alexander Hughes’ growth in the Mexican market and create new synergies with other group offices in the industry market, the firm said.

Alexander Hughes, headquartered in Paris, has more than 120 consultants operating in 10 sectors, ranging from financial services and technology to life sciences, industrial manufacturing and consumer markets. The firm, founded in 1957, has upwards of 50 offices.
Recently, Alexander Hughes made leadership changes in its operations in Kuala Lumpur by adding Narinder Kaur as managing partner. The Malaysian office was established two years ago. It is one of the firm’s six offices in Asia Pacific along with Shanghai, Hong Kong, New Delhi, Sydney and Singapore. Ms. Kaur is charged with further developing Alexander Hughes’ footprint in Malaysia through the identification of new business opportunities, in close collaboration with Rakesh Sood, a veteran professional recently appointed as client partner.
