Alexander Hughes Appoints Managing Partner
September 10, 2020 – Paris-headquartered search firm Alexander Hughes has appointed Jean-Charles Nantier as manager partner of Managers by Alexander Hughes, which is dedicated to supporting companies and organizations in their recruitment of experienced executives, managers, experts, for succession-plan programs and the discovery of high potential profiles.

Mr. Nantier joined the firm as a client partner three years ago with experience in management for both small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and world leading companies in the industrial, automotive and consumer goods sectors. He has demonstrated his ability to lead new development strategy and new businesses. Before entering executive search, Mr. Nantier held several sales and management positions both in SME firms and companies such as CNH Industrial and Volvo Construction Equipment. His professional background also includes relevant experiences in the entrepreneurship and franchise businesses.
