Growth in Norway

Agilium Worldwide recently added Creative Search AB in Stockholm, Sweden as a member firm. Creative Search AB has been in the executive search and leadership assessment market since 1998. The firm recruits C-level professionals and senior managers in virtually all key markets. The team utilizes its experience and consulting capabilities to ensure solid and pragmatic, client-oriented collaboration throughout the recruiting process. The firm uses tested four-phase approach to recruitment thorough analysis, market intelligence, assessment and onboarding.

“We are proud and excited to join the Agilium Worldwide network,” said Daniel Ekberg, managing partner of Creative Search AB. “Sweden is a small country but with many big and multinational companies. Now we will be able to support them worldwide. We are also looking forward to sharing best practices and experiences with our new international partners.”

In addition, Svein-Thore Gran recently joined Agilium Worldwide Norway as senior advisor after a multifaceted career in the media industry. “Since we set up the business two years ago we have been working hard to recruit an advisor with experience as a senior executive,” said Jon Steen, managing partner of Agilium Worldwide Norway. “In my opinion, if we want to be successful at executive search, it’s vitally important that we have experience as senior executives ourselves.”

“Svein-Thore is the perfect fit, and he also brings additional experience from business sectors that we have been missing up to now,” he said. “With Svein-Thore on board we will be in a much better position to reach our target as the most comprehensive executive search and selection company and the status of trusted advisor for our clients.”

With an established track record at the helm of global publications within energy, shipping and seafood, Mr. Gran served 10 years as the editor-in-chief of DN.no, the leading online business news provider in Norway. In positions such as the global division CEO of the NHST Media Group based in Oslo, he brings abundant experience in operating as chairman and board member of digital PR and media companies. He holds a degree in business administration from the Norwegian School of Economics.
