Marlin Hawk Names Two New Partners
May 12, 2016 – Executive search firm Marlin Hawk has promoted John-Claude Hesketh and Lisa Peacock-Edwards to serve as partners.
Mr. Hesketh is responsible for the financial services & insurance practice at the firm across the U.K., Europe and Asia. His practice delivers senior level mandates across technology, operations, risk, finance, digital, customer experience and senior executive leadership (CEO, business and product head). His practice also runs bespoke partnership programs, incorporating talent management services such as research, organizational design, benchmarking, mapping and pipelining. Clients span a range of markets from retail banking, credit cards, mobile payments and insurance to investment banking, asset management, hedge funds and fintech. He joined the firm in 2012 as a consultant and was appointed associate partner in 2014.

Ms. Peacock-Edwards is responsible for client delivery across the firm’s financial services and commerce & industry practices in The Americas. She works with customer-centric Fortune 50 businesses across a range of sectors, including retail, FMCG, TMT, financial services and consumer products & services. Her expertise covers most C-suite functions, including general management, marketing, commercial, strategy, HR, insights & data, finance, digital & e-commerce, supply chain & logistics, technology, legal, operations and shared services. She joined the firm’s New York office as associate partner in 2014, having formerly headed its commerce & industry practice in the U.K.
