Eton Bridge Partners Expands Staff
December 11, 2015 – Executive search and interim management partnership Eton Bridge Partners has made three new additions to its team.
Ross Dawson joins the firm as a partner specializing in interim management within the business transformation practice. Ms. Dawson has over 10 years interim recruitment experience and specializes in executive level interim appointments within business transformation. She was previously a business director with Page Executive, where she focused on executive level permanent and interim solutions across all HR disciplines with a specific focus on financial and professional services markets.
Charles Ford becomes an associate partner in executive search within the finance practice. He is a specialist finance recruiter handling assignments in industry and commerce, working across a broad spectrum of industries including financial services, retail, manufacturing and technology to name a few. With a 20-plus year career in finance and senior level financial recruitment, Mr. Ford previously served in various roles with Robert Walters and Michael Page International.
Dominique Devereux has been hired as interim head of marketing, where she is responsible for Eton Bridge’s marketing, PR and events. She brings 10-plus years’ recruitment experience, most recently serving as a freelance recruiter for iResourcing Ltd. In addition, she has held roles with Prudential Insurance, Robert Half International and Aon Consulting.
