July 29, 2019 – Global leadership strategy consultancy YSC Consulting has formed a partnership with predictive psychometrics provider 10x Psychology. Through the partnership, YSC’s JDI Model of Potential (Judgement, Drive, Influence) will be re-imagined digitally. Organizations will be able to evaluate the potential of their employees through the lens of JDI, providing both real-time insight into their talent populations together with tailored development interventions and fast-paced feedback loops.

To do this, we have needed to understand and embed ourselves in the intentional design of the leadership and experience the interactions and shared culture of the organization.”
“10x Psychology’s best-in-class technology will allow our team to gather these insights more accurately and swiftly, and help us advise our clients more effectively,” said Mr. Morris. “It’s a natural next step for us to enhance the value proposition we’ve had since day one, and it’s an exciting partnership for YSC, 10x Psychology and our clients.”

A New CEO
This past spring, YSC Consulting announced that Eric Pliner would succeed Robert Sharrock as chief executive officer of the leadership strategy consultancy. Mr. Sharrock had previously indicated that he would take on a full-time client-facing role following the transaction and the delivery of a full year of business results.
May was a transition month for both leaders, after which Mr. Sharrock took on the full-time role of managing director for YSC’s board and CEO advisory practice beginning June 1. YSC’s global headquarters remains in London, with Mr. Pliner based in New York and travelling globally as needed.
“Robert has successfully led the business through five years of sustained growth and shaped the brand into a premier global leadership consultancy,” said Mr. Pliner. “I am thrilled and humbled by the opportunity to lead this iconic firm as we continue to serve world-class organizations in understanding and developing the critical leadership to achieve their future business strategies. Whether through individual executive assessment, pre-deal due diligence and post-deal integration for private equity transactions, design and execution of inclusive leadership and diversity strategy, coaching for senior executives and teams, resilient change leadership, and more, YSC’s global services are and will remain distinctive, characterful, and best-in-class.”
