YSC Consulting Partners with Predictive Psychometrics Provider

July 29, 2019 – Global leadership strategy consultancy YSC Consulting has formed a partnership with predictive psychometrics provider 10x Psychology. Through the partnership, YSC’s JDI Model of Potential (Judgement, Drive, Influence) will be re-imagined digitally. Organizations will be able to evaluate the potential of their employees through the lens of JDI, providing both real-time insight into their talent populations together with tailored development interventions and fast-paced feedback loops.

A New CEO

This past spring, YSC Consulting announced that Eric Pliner would succeed Robert Sharrock as chief executive officer of the leadership strategy consultancy. Mr. Sharrock had previously indicated that he would take on a full-time client-facing role following the transaction and the delivery of a full year of business results.

May was a transition month for both leaders, after which Mr. Sharrock took on the full-time role of managing director for YSC’s board and CEO advisory practice beginning June 1. YSC’s global headquarters remains in London, with Mr. Pliner based in New York and travelling globally as needed.
