Yacoub Elite Search Names HR Division President
April 11, 2016 – Canadian boutique firm Yacoub Elite Search has named Kim Forgues as a member of the executive search team and president of its new Yacoub Elite HR division. As extension of the firm’s executive search practice, the new human capital division will provide end-to-end HR consulting services in talent management, coaching and leadership development, organizational design, change management, total rewards, diversity and inclusion and access to experienced HR professionals on an as needed basis.
Ms. Forgues brings decades of senior HR and global business expertise, as well as her own experience at the C-suite level in diverse industries, including aerospace, financial institutions, technology, manufacturing and retail.
Previously, she was chief human resources officer (CHRO) of D+H. Reporting to the CEO she was responsible for all aspects of the people function, including talent management, succession planning, learning and development, talent acquisition, executive and total compensation, employee engagement, change management as well as communications. Prior to that, she was vice president of HR for The Home Depot in Canada. Earlier in her career, Ms. Forgues held various HR roles with CIBC, Bombardier, Pratt & Whitney and Empire Maintenance Industries.
