February 27, 2020 – Global talent solutions provider Wilson Human Capital Group (WilsonHCG) has partnered with Profile Search & Selection (Profile), a Hong Kong-based human capital solutions specialist, as it continues its expansion across Asia.

Profile, which was established in 2005, is headquartered in Hong Kong and has offices in Singapore, Shanghai and Beijing. With more than 100 consultants, Profile provides regionally-led human capital solutions to leading organizations in the financial, commercial and professional services sectors.

“In an ultra-competitive environment for talent globally, clients are relying on us to deliver innovative worldwide talent solutions,” said John Wilson, CEO at WilsonHCG. “We are beyond excited to partner with Andrew, Richard, and the Profile team – the cultural and value alignment is a natural fit. Profile’s expertise throughout Asia, combined with our existing global capabilities that span 40-plus countries over six continents, means we’ll continue to provide the highest level of service to our clients around the world.”

Andrew Oliver, co-founder and managing director at Profile, said: “We are extremely excited about what the future holds for our combined entities. Having spent more than a year getting to know John and his leadership team, the client and geographical synergies of the business are clear to see. What excites us the most, however, are the mutually held values and strong emphasis on culture which have driven the long-term success of both organizations.”

“We are absolutely thrilled to be joining the WilsonHCG group and are very much looking forward to adding a tremendous amount of value,” said Richard Letcher, co-founder and managing director at Profile. “Culturally speaking, it has been a meeting of minds with regards to our values of professionalism and integrity, and our shared purpose of providing a quality, expectation-exceeding service to our clients.”

Global Talent Specialists

Based in Tampa, FL, WilsonHCG specializes in recruitment process outsourcing, talent consulting and executive search. It has more than 700 employees serving clients across six continents and 40 countries.

The firm recently secured an undisclosed amount of funding from private equity firm CIP Capital. The investment enables WilsonHCG to accelerate global growth and strengthen its talent solutions and technologies.

“We are very excited to announce our partnership with CIP Capital,” said Mr. Wilson. “It provides us with the capability to continue focusing on innovation, while further strengthening WilsonHCG’s position around the world. CIP Capital shares a unique commitment to growth, partnership and people – highly similar to our vision here at WilsonHCG – making the decision to join forces both easy and exciting.”

Bobby Kelly, managing director of CIP Capital, said his group was looking forward to partnering with the talent management firm. “WilsonHCG has developed a highly differentiated offering in the recruitment process outsourcing and outsourced talent solutions market, enabling companies to efficiently solve the increasingly difficult and critical task of finding and retaining employees,” he said. “John and his team have created a culture of unwavering dedication to customer service while assisting clients across a broad range of talent acquisition needs.”

Following this funding, WilsonHCG expanded with the addition of a new office in Bucharest, Romania. “Although we continue to expand our offices in Krakow, Poland, and London and Manchester in the U.K., since our inception in 2002 we have strived to have the best talent on our team,” said Mr. Wilson. “After much research, we were very impressed with the high level of talent in Bucharest. Its thriving business sector, access to great talent and multilingual culture gives us further capabilities to support our clients across Europe and the globe.”

“Top talent is a major factor to a company’s success, and our unique, innovative and consultative approach to hiring that talent is why organizations across the world partner with us,” he said.
