Vanderbloemen Search Group Places Executive Pastor at Grace Community Church

Mr. Grimm is a relational leader with a strong vision for the church. He brings a genuine heart, a readiness to serve and a love for others. “His many years of ministry experience, specifically in communications roles, will greatly benefit Grace Community Church,” the search firm said. “His diverse skill-set will be valuable as he serves both behind the scenes and in front of large audiences.”

Grace Community Church was founded in 1967 and has been a pillar in the Tempe community for 53 years. In his new role, Mr. Grimm will offer pastoral leadership to the congregation alongside the lead pastor and elders. He will be expected to ensure that the systems, practices and policies of the church responsibly and effectively support its ministry activities. Mr. Grimm will be responsible for strategic planning and staff coordination in the execution of the church’s mission and vision. He will define strategic goals and action plans.
