TRANSEARCH Adds New Member Firm in Miami
September 22, 2020 – Executive search consultants are seeing an increase in hiring mandates from around the world. To meet demand, they continue to develop new practices, hire new recruiters and open new locations. Global recruiting consortiums, meanwhile, are taking advantage of a resurgence in certain geographic areas. TRANSEARCH International Partners recently added Miami-based executive search firm XTLNT. The firm is led by Alfonso Goyeneche.

Established in 2019, XTLNT serves clients across the U.S. and Latin America, partnering with local and international companies expanding into new markets. Mr. Goyeneche was a partner with a global executive search firm Amrop from 2012 to 2018 heading up financial services. He also has a strong focus on industrial, infrastructure and media.
Mr. Goyeneche was previously managing director of the investment bank Ahorro Corporacion Financiera International as well as executive director for the US-Spain Council and executive director for the Spain United States Chamber of Commerce. He is currently the president of the US – Spain Council. He has served on the board of several companies including Indra USA, Eurocofin and ACF International. Mr. Goyeneche also serves on the board for many not-for-profit organizations including the Florida 500 Years Foundation and has served on the Art Basel Miami Beach Jr. Host Committee since its inception.

Global Firm

Ms. Shi is a cross-border leadership acquisition and development consultant and business partner with over 20 years of experience in consumer, life science, healthcare and industrial sectors. Previously, Ms. Shi was founder and managing partner for TRUST – Human Capital Solutions, with full P&L responsibilities based in Shanghai and Beijing since 2009.

Gero von der Wense recently joined the TRANSEARCH office in Frankfurt as a client partner. He has an industrial background and brings over 15 years of professional experience as CEO and managing director in family owned companies or large corporations. His focus is on the processing industry as well as engineered products and components.
