The Talent Studios Recruits Chief Marketing Officer for Pura Vida Miami

June 24, 2026 – The Talent Studios has recruited Bruno Cardinali as chief marketing officer of Pura Vida Miami, the premium all-day café and lifestyle brand focused on health, wellness and community. The search was led by Katlyn Maloney and Jeremy Cohen.
Mr. Cardinali brings more than two decades of marketing leadership across fast casual, foodservice, beverage, and global consumer brands. Most recently, as global CMO of Oakberry, he scaled marketing across a network of approximately 1,000 locations in nearly 50 countries through high-profile partnerships in sports and culture. Previously, Mr. Cardinali served as CMO of Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, where he led the brand’s transformation and the launch of the iconic Chicken Sandwich campaign. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Burger King and Unilever. Mr. Cardinali brings a unique blend of brand-building, digital marketing, and scaled growth experience to support Pura Vida Miami’s next chapter.
“I’m incredibly excited to join the Pura Vida Miami team,” said Mr. Cardinali. “Omer and Jen have built an exceptional business grounded in a meaningful lifestyle brand, beautiful design, and an outstanding customer experience. The opportunity now is to bring that story to more people across more markets while staying true to the values that make the brand so special.”
Founded in 2012 by husband-and-wife team Omer Horev and Jennifer Horev, Pura Vida began as a single Miami Beach café and has grown into one of the most enigmatic and fast-growing eatery brands shaping popular culture, with locations in Florida, New York City, and Southern California. Pura Vida is an investment of TSG Consumer Partners, a consumer private equity firm founded in 1986 with approximately $14 billion in assets under management.
