The RSA Group Expands Senior Team
January 21, 2021 – Life sciences-focused search firm The RSA Group, which is based in London, has expanded its senior team with the addition of Eleanor Davies as managing partner.
“Eleanor is a driven professional with excellent leadership skills and an enviable track record in healthcare and life science executive search,” said Nick Stephens, the firm’s executive chairman. “We are delighted to have her on board and look forward to her playing an integral part in our company’s growth over the next few years.”
With over 13 years’ experience of healthcare and life science executive search expertise, Ms. Davies previously founded and led the healthcare practice at Blackwood Group, where she recruited board level executives, chairs, and non-executive directors to listed, private and PE-backed businesses. Focusing particularly on companies going through change—whether turnaround, growth, internationalization, or strategic diversification—she has supported clients across the breadth of the healthcare and life sciences universe, covering drug and device manufacture, pharma services, B2B healthcare services, B2B and B2C health tech, OTC, and multi-site consumer health.
In her role with The RSA Group, Ms. Davies will be based in London driving business growth in the U.K. and internationally. Recent Growth
In November, RSA added Poppy Moore to its European team as consultant. She is based in the U.K. Prior to joining RSA, Ms. Moore served as principal consultant at Mackenzie Stuart where she worked exclusively in the scientific markets.
Kristian Juergensen also joined The RSA Group’s board. Mr. Juergensen has had a long career with RSA, initially holding the role of director of RSA interims in Germany, where he built an interim management business and managed a team of consultants. He returned to RSA for the second time in 2012 as managing director. “Kristian is a tenacious, enthusiastic business leader, who strives for nothing but excellence, and brings over 18 years of consulting experience to our board,” said Mr. Stephens
