As Perpetual, the company reinforces its commitment to offering a full range of solutions clients require along the entire talent journey. “From talent acquisition to talent development to talent analytics, Perpetual is dedicated to empowering talent and fueling brands,” the firm said.
“We have evolved significantly since we first launched the Pi Group in 2013,” said Steve Morrissey, founder and managing partner of Perpetual. “Over the years we’ve designed an innovative approach that fully addresses clients’ recruitment and talent development needs. Our new name, Perpetual, was chosen because it reflects the uninterrupted, never-ending insight we deliver throughout the talent lifecycle of a client. In one word, it captures our core and our mission.”

Perpetual recently expanded with the addition of Traci Gentry as senior director. She will bring her vast expertise from her time as a brand leader in the food and consumer goods space to further our acquisition practice.
Ms. Gentry has 25 years of brand marketing experience as well as several years of executive recruiting experience. She was vice president of marketing at BIC Consumer Products USA, where she led a team of 25 marketers and brand designers across three diverse consumer categories. Prior to that, he was director of global chocolate innovation at the Hershey Co., where she spent 12 years in progressive brand management and innovation leadership roles.
