The Christopher Group Tapped by Anisa International for HR Search

February 17, 2026 – The Christopher Group (TCG), a boutique HR executive search and business solutions recruiting firm, has been retained by Anisa International to lead its human resources leader search. Managing partner, Pam Noble, and recruiting director, Morgan Booker, are leading the assignment.

“Anisa International is a values-driven organization with a strong legacy of craftsmanship, innovation, and thoughtful leadership,” said Ms. Noble. “This search presents an exciting opportunity to identify an HR leader who can honor the company’s cultural foundation while evolving people practices to support global growth. We’re proud to partner with Anisa International on this important engagement.”

This human resources leader role calls for a strategic, business-minded leader who can modernize global HR practices while honoring the organization’s cultural roots. The ideal candidate will bring deep HR expertise, emotional intelligence, and political savvy to build leadership capability, drive global alignment, and implement systems that support innovation and scalable growth.

With a focus on leadership development, performance management, and organizational design, this role will partner closely with senior leaders to drive alignment, optimize processes, and elevate people practices. The leader must be politically savvy, emotionally intelligent, and confident enough to challenge the status quo.

Anisa International is a well-established leader in the design and manufacturing of premium cosmetic brushes and beauty tools. Founded in 1992 by Anisa Telwar Kaicker, the company has built a strong reputation over more than 30 years for innovation, high quality, and craftsmanship, serving top beauty brands worldwide with custom brush design and manufacturing solutions. Based in Atlanta, GA, Anisa International is recognized for its commitment to cruelty-free, sustainable materials and creative product design.

Founded in 1998, The Christopher Group has expanded its offerings beyond traditional executive search to deliver agile HR business solutions, including executive search, interim HR leaders, fractional CHROs, and HR advisory & consulting. The firm serves large corporations, middle-market companies, private equity firms, family-owned enterprises, and closely-held businesses, providing comprehensive solutions to their human capital challenges.

TCG boasts a team of seasoned HR executives with backgrounds from companies, including Pepsi, GE, Merrill Lynch, Novartis, Dell, Microsoft, and Citibank. The firm’s leadership team, who acquired the firm in April 2023, is comprised of managing partners Nate Schiffer, Ms. Noble, Ayla Maloney, and Tobin Anselmi.

Ms. Noble serves as president, executive recruiting solutions & DEIB practice leader. She joined The Christopher Group in 2020 as the consulting services division president, managing director, and chief human resources officer. She brings over 25 years of human resources leadership to the firm. Former CHRO and talent succession lead, Ms. Noble has built HR departments as a strategic business partner, strengthened corporate-wide employee engagement, led diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and become an advisor with a reputation of high personal integrity.

Ms. Booker, recruiting director, has over 18 years of talent acquisition, employee relations, and human resource business partner experience. She joined The Christopher Group in 2022 as a recruiting manager and has since been promoted to recruiting director. “It’s been an honor to partner with Taylor Conant and his team on the search for their CHRO,” said Ms. Maloney. “Kandi Gongora is an outstanding fit for this role—at this time, with this team. She brings a business-first mindset, deep HR expertise, and a transformational background spanning multiple industries, including automotive. Her skill set is perfectly suited to help bring Taylor’s vision for the business to life, while her people-centric approach ensures others are brought along through change. Most impressively, Kandi is a resilient, inspiring, and genuinely exceptional person.”

“As we look to make the transition from big small company to small big company, we needed to find a unique HR leader who understood the ins-and-outs of our industry and customer service model, could tie the big picture vision and strategy to specific initiatives and capabilities in HR, and sees the most important function in our business as leadership, of which HR stands in service and support,” said Taylor Conant, CEO of The CAR Group. “Kandi’s experience in our industry building and scaling an organization with extremely high customer-service and employee experience standards made her stand out. But it was her personal commitment to learning the businesses she’s been involved in, tracking an individual customer transaction through to the HR practices that enable it to happen, that proved she was different. Combined with her growth mindset and ability to get leaders ‘on side’ and willing to see her and her team as a business partner, not an obstacle, I felt totally confident inviting her to join our leadership team.”
